GET IN THE GAME AT EVERGREEN
At Evergreen Racquet Club, you don't have to look far to find a tough workout, new friends, and a lifetime of memories. With 12 courts, an aerial viewing lounge, full locker room facilities, and a fitness center you'll feel right at home when you walk through our doors. We even have a racquetball court, just in case you get tired of tennis, which you won't.
And now, we have embraced the fastest growing sport in America -- Pickleball!

Meet The Team
Colleen Curran
General Manager
Colleen joined the Evergreen team in August 2014 as General Manager. Colleen is a life-long tennis player, playing four years for the University of Illinois. Upon graduation she joined IBM, working in marketing management in Peoria and Chicago. Retiring after 15 years to raise three children, her family relocated to Bloomington in 1995, where she has been an active member of ERC and the USTA.
Colleen’s philosophy is that tennis is a “life sport” to be enjoyed and loved by people of all ages, levels and experience.
Bridget Larkin
Assistant Manager
Bridget joined Evergreen in September of 2014. She comes to us with 14 years of experience in Human Resources at a large national retailer.
Bridget is a Bloomington native and is enjoying all aspects of the sport and the tennis community.
Matt Runyan- USPTA Pro
Head Professional
Director of Junior Programs
Matt played tennis at Indiana State University. He has worked as the Director of Tennis in Danville, coached high school tennis, and is currently the Head Tennis Professional at Bloomington Country Club.
Matt also serves as Director of Tennis at Illinois Wesleyan University.

Joe Totten- USPTA Pro
Joe attended Lincoln Christian College. He has coached high school and collegiate tennis throughout his career. He has also been a Youth Minister at his church. He's been working at ERC since 2006. Joe is an assistant coach to his son, Sam, at Illinois Wesleyan University.

Jeff Brumleve
Jeff attended Colorado State University. He has been a tennis pro at University of Portland, Crestwicke Country Club, and since 1998, ERC. He has also coached high school tennis.

Ed Rozboril
Ed Played tennis at Illinois State University. He became an I.H.S.A. hall-of-famer while coaching tennis at Bloomington High School for 32 years. During that time he has won state, sectional, and Big 12 titles. He's been a tennis pro at ERC since 1982.
Roger Juers- USPTA Pro
Roger won the 1992 doubles state championship for Normal Community High School. He went on to play at Illinois State University. In 2013 he also won a national championship for his USTA 9.0 Mixed team. He has been a tennis pro at ERC since 1996. Roger coaches both the boys' and girls' tennis teams at Normal Community High School.

Megan Rozboril
Our youngest professional, Megan, enjoys working with the Juniors. She has coached the boys' and the girls' squads at Bloomington High School. She is now coach of Illinois Wesleyan University Women's Tennis. Megan played at the Collegiate level at Morehead State in Morehead, KY. After graduating, she served as an assistant at Morehead before taking a position at Culver Academy.

Bob has played and coached tennis. He coached the U-high tennis team, and has since gone on to start his own personal training business. As the only personal trainer in the Bloomington/Normal area with a tennis background, Bob will help you bring your game to the next level!
Bob Runyan- USPTA Pro
Kat Smalley
Kat has been a Pickleball player and enthusiast since she first hit the courts in 2014. She has earned a Level II Instructor certification through the IPTPA and was the first female in Illinois to achieve a USAPA 5.0 rating.
